Our Story
Saltwater Coastal Grill has been in the works for some time now, and our expert chefs have been crafting each dish to perfection using only the finest ingredients. When creating Saltwater Coastal Grill, our vision has been to transport our guests to the ocean through our fresh seafood dishes and restaurant atmosphere. At Saltwater Coastal Grill, there will never be travel required to taste the juicy East Coast oysters or delicious Mediterranean calamari other than traveling to our location! Join us on May 3rd as we open our doors to the public and become a part of the start of our story.
Our Menu
The Saltwater Coastal Grill features a fusion of global-inspired, land and seaside fare. From freshly shucked Island Creek Oysters, a Raw and Omakase Bar, and daily grilled fish options, the menu has everything you love from the land and sea! In addition to the innovative menu, a full beverage list has been carefully created by Lyons Group Mixologist Al Brown. Expect to be transported to warmer weather through your meal and drinks, as the beverage list includes classic cocktails, sangrias, tiki drinks, and more!
Our Location
Saltwater Coastal Grill is pleased to bring a taste of the sea to Rosemont’s Entertainment District! Just 25 minutes from downtown Chicago, Saltwater Coastal Grill brings the best of the land and sea to you. Featuring interior and exterior seating, you can make a reservation in the warmer weather to dine outside on the 80-seat covered patio and take in the fairy light decor and music. Saltwater Coastal Grill is open Tuesdays - Sundays from 4 to 11 PM at 5509 Park Place, Rosemont, IL.
