We do not sell personal information for money. If we ever rely on cross-context behavioral advertising we will provide required opt-out controls.

6. International Transfers

Saltwater is based in the United States. When we transfer personal data from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we implement safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses and conduct transfer impact assessments where required.

- Inquiry records in Firestore and Tripleseat are retained for up to 24 months after our last interaction. - Marketing contact details remain in Klaviyo until you unsubscribe or we deactivate the list. - Analytics data follows Google Analytics defaults (currently up to 26 months) and may be aggregated in BigQuery. - Legal and financial records are retained for the periods required by applicable law (up to seven years).

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including HTTPS encryption, access controls, logging, and employee training. No system is entirely secure. If a data breach affects your personal data we will notify you and regulators when required.

9. Your Rights

Depending on where you live you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict personal data; object to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of marketing; or receive a copy of your data.
