Forte is the Chicago restaurant company behind Ithaki Estiatorio in Greektown and Sapori Trattoria and Butcher & the Bear in Lincoln Park, led by partners Kosti Demos, John Lawson and Chef Saul Ramos. Nisi brings the group’s Greek table to Rosemont.

The room stays, and so do the people who run it day to day. What changes is the name on the door and the menu on the table.
