Born from coastal journeys, built for Rosemont gatherings.
Saltwater Coastal Grill was imagined for travelers, neighbors, and event planners who crave vibrant food and easygoing hospitality. We chased our favorite Mediterranean flavors—sparkling seafood, wood-grilled classics, and craveable mezze—and brought them to Parkway Bank Park.
Floor-to-ceiling glass, glowing patios, and a beautiful oyster bar make Saltwater the go-to spot for date night, pre-show dinners, large groups and celebrations.
