Mediterranean and seafood experience preferred. Passion for seasonal ingredients, clean stations, and a fast-paced kitchen.
First impression, warm welcome. You set the tone for the whole evening. Polished, friendly, and able to manage a reservation list under pressure.
Keep the bar stocked and the operation running smoothly. Strong work ethic, fast on your feet, and a team-first mentality. Path to bartender for the right fit.
