The food and beverage minimum is the amount that must be spent on cuisine and drinks for the event. Minimums vary based on event size, space, date, and time. If the minimum is not met, the difference is applied as a room fee. Minimums exclude tax, service gratuity, and the event planner fee. Our planner will partner with you to build a menu that meets the requirement.
A signed contract and $250 deposit are required to confirm group dining reservations or events. Full restaurant buyouts require a signed contract and a deposit equal to 20% of the food and beverage minimum.
Final guest counts are due five business days prior to the event. Should the guarantee decrease after that deadline, the host will be billed according to the last confirmed number.
Menu selections must be submitted five business days in advance. Set menus are available, and event planners can help customize offerings as needed. Most dietary restrictions and special requests can be accommodated with advance notice.
Saltwater Coastal Grill is located in Parkway Bank Park with an attached parking garage. Complimentary validation is available, and valet service can be arranged with your event coordinator.
